Yoga embodies my connection to life, nature, and the relationships that shape my world.
Throughout my life, I’ve moved often — from place to place, town to town — and for many years I found it difficult to call anywhere “home.”
Over time, I realised that home wasn’t a physical space at all. My home is my body. Through yoga, I began to understand what it means to truly inhabit myself — to listen, to soften, and to find belonging within.
My yoga journey began in a small studio in Shawlands. I didn’t know it then, but those classes would change everything. Those 90 minute sweaty series gave me so much patience, acceptance and strength.
Since then, I have completed extensive training across a range of yoga disciplines in the UK and Portugal, including Seasonal Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Informed, and Aerial Yoga.
I am also certified in Sound Healing and Therapy through the Sound Healing Academy, where I learned to integrate Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments into my teaching. Sound, like movement, became another language through which healing and connection could emerge. Chanting and mantra have become part of that expression too — a way to connect with stillness and vibration.
Over time, my focus has become less about the form of yoga and more about the feeling of space — the kind we create for ourselves and for others. My role as a teacher is to hold that space gently, with compassion and authenticity, so that each person can explore their own inner landscape safely and without judgment.
Whether through movement, breath, or sound, I aim to offer a sense of belonging, grounding, and presence — a reminder that we can come home to ourselves again and again.
My teaching is guided by a deep love for community, kindness, and a light-hearted spirit. Above all, my wish is to support others on their journey toward balance and self-discovery, and to nurture spaces where people feel seen, cared for, and inspired.
I am deeply grateful to all of my yoga teachers, past and present, whose wisdom and guidance continue to shape my path. Julie Janson, Nina Vukas, Catarina Aires Mota, Janet Stone.

This is a great way to experience the benefits of aerial yoga in a unique and fun way. This form of yoga involves performing traditional yoga poses using the silk as a prop. The hammock allows for greater flexibility and range of motion, as well as providing support and reducing the impact on joints. We also play with inversions in this class. I would recommend that if you have glaucoma, hypertension, hip replacement, epilepsy, suffer from seizures or epilepsy you consult your doctor before attending.
The benefits of this practice are spinal decompression, improved blood circulation, compliments a regular yoga practice by offering your body assistance with the silk, lifts your mood this practice can be really playful and many other benefits!

The Energy of May in Nature
In May, nature hums with quiet, fertile energy. The air is warmer, the earth soft beneath your feet, and every hillside and woodland awakens with vibrant green and the scent of early blooming flowers. Rivers and lochs shimmer with spring light, inviting reflection and stillness. It’s a time when life feels tender yet strong, urging us to grow, root, and open gently to new possibilities. The world is abundant, and the rhythm of the season calls us to align with its steady, nourishing pulse — to breathe deeply, to notice the small joys, and to plant seeds that will flourish in the months ahead.
